4. Order Placement & Cancellation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order for reasons including credit checks, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be processed.
5. Payment Methods
We accept payment through Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and authorized bank transfers. All payments must be cleared before or at the time of delivery.
6. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to location, traffic, weather, or courier constraints. Inside Dhaka delivery typically takes 2-3 business days, while outside Dhaka takes 3-7 business days. Customers are responsible for verifying items at the time of delivery.

8. Governing Law
